Raw & Gluten Free Perfectly Delicious Apple Pie

RAW PERFECTLY DELICIOUS APPLE PIE

Crust: 

2 c raw nuts soaked for at least 4 hours (combine walnuts, macadamia, and almond or pecan nuts)
1 c dried, unsweetened coconut flakes
TB coconut butter or coconut oil
1/4 tsp good salt
1/2 c dates and/or figs soaked until soft, then drain liquid.

Filling:

6 applesuse variety of apples(I love granny smith and Macintoshes together) spiralize the apples!
Juice of 1 fresh lemon
½ cup dried apples
½ cup dried raisins
TB raw cane sugar or honey
tsp Karen’s Perfect Baking Spice Blend

Process all crust ingredients in food processor and press in to pie plate. Toss all filling ingredients together and place in crust. Garnish top with dried cranberries or orange peel/zest

Dehydrate at 108 degrees for 60 minutes and serve warm. 
Or just dehydrate the crust and add filling just before serving!

Karen's Perfect Baking Spice Blend:
1/2 c cinnamon
1/4 c ground nutmeg
1 TB ground cloves
1½ tsp ginger powder

"Whipped Cream"

1 cup cashews soaked and drained
¾ cup water
1-TB honey
½ tsp vanilla
½ tsp almond extract
Blend in blender
