Amy Sprouse, Integrative Mental Health Educator, HHC/TNC, L1CC, Public Health Student, Dancer
As a daughter of Karen Urbanek, Amy grew up in the holistic healthcare field. She recalls using natural modalities of healing as far back as she can remember. (And accessing medical care when needed!).
Amy obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Public Health: Epidemiology from Brigham Young University, and is in a Masters of Public Health program at Johns Hopkin's Bloomberg School of Public Health. In her words, "Studying public health has radically changed my approach to healthcare reform. I formerly thought people's decisions came down almost solely to what they know (their level of health education), and while that absolutely matters, I now realize the role that environment, accessibility, affordability, self confidence, and other factors play in someone's health decisions. Being healthy shouldn't be such an uphill battle. I want to help change that for people."
Amy teaches anatomy and physiology, holistic psychology, advanced nutrition, and coaching techniques at HHE.
She has her L1 Crossfit Certificate and enjoys being a Holistic Health Coach and mental health educator to amazing clients when she is not working on HHE projects.
Lastly, she loves experiencing new cultures and has traveled through 15 countries on 5 continents (the longest time spent in South Africa, Taiwan, and Palestine). She speaks Mandarin Chinese and wants to learn Spanish. She lives in Hawaii and LOVES hanging out at the beach with her adopted uncles.

Jennilyn Griffiths, Gut Health Expert, TNC, Personal Trainer
Jenny got into the health field because of her own gut issues when she was a teenager. She suffered so much at one point that she had to drop out of school. She went to countless doctors including gastrointestinal specialists and they performed many tests on her with no answers. She became so frustrated with the situation, she vowed she would find the answer herself. She started reading books, listening to podcasts, attending scientific conferences, and finally found some knowledgeable specialists that were able to give her answers. She was able to heal her gut and her life completely changed! She is now dedicated to helping others do the same.
Jenny is a Therapeutic Nutritional Counselor, Precision Nutrition Graduate, Metabolic Analytics Certified, Neurotyping Certified, NASM Personal Trainer who has been coaching in person for 6 years, and coaching online for 3. Dr. Ray Andrew, MD
With offices in Springville and Moab, Utah, Dr. Ray Andrew uses the tools of functional and antiaging medicine to help men and women with complex health problems transform their lives.
Graduating from Family Medicine residency at the University of Missouri at Kansas City, Dr. Andrew moved to Moab, Utah, expecting to follow in the footsteps of the celebrated country docs of yesteryear. However, as patients increasingly referred their family and friends from hours away to “see the hormone doctor in Moab,” his outpatient practice became so busy that he could no longer deliver babies or take care of hospitalized patients.
This demand also prompted him to open an office in Utah County. Dr. Andrew attracts patients from all over Utah and several surrounding states who have repeatedly been told, “It’s all in your head” or “There’s nothing we can do for you.” After seeing an average of five other doctors and specialists, patients are relieved to finally discover solutions to their health problems. More importantly, their partnership with Dr. Andrew empowers them not merely to tame disease but also to create health.
Dr. Ray and his wife Annalen Andrew have six children and live and play in Moab, Utah.Dr. Ray Andrew: Preventing Disease and Helping you Optimize Your Health!
Dr. David Altman, D.C
“My life changed because of a chiropractic adjustment. My back pain was so intense, at 21 years old, I couldn’t even get into bed. I laid on the floor, in pain, all night. Two weeks after my first adjustment, I was running all over town. Not only that, but my morning headaches were gone, my nightly insomnia was gone, and my energy levels were more than I’d had in two years.” — Dr. Altman
When people ask Dr. Altman what he does for a living he usually tells them: "I'm a chiropractor". That usually yields some entertaining answers.
But what he really wants to tell them: I help people who struggle to get through the day with chronic pain and desperately want a healthy, vibrant body. I show them how to get more out of life, while at the same time making it feel simple.Salt Lake Chiropractic Sports & Wellness
Dr. Shane & Liz Watt
Dr. Shane Watt is a Chiropractor specializing in functional health. He has been educating his patients and the community for over 20 years. He graduated from Life West Chiropractic College in San Lorenzo, California in 1996 with clinical honors.
Chiropractic care is still his foundation in treating patients with back pain, neck pain, headaches, auto accident injuries, and many musculoskeletal conditions. However, they also help patients with disc issues. Incorporating nonsurgical spinal decompression has helped many clients avoid back surgery. Dr Watt helps with chronic conditions, such as thyroid challenges and peripheral neuropathy.
His wife Liz is a Holistic Wellness Expert who helps others create peace within their mind, body, and spirit.
Together they created Be Healthy Utah, a yearly Wellness Conference featuring a community of natural healthcare doctors, practitioners, and educators.

Dr. Kory Branham D.C.
Dr. Branham's exposure to natural healing methods began early as his mother opened a health foods store in their home in Wisconsin in the 1960’s.
Also from a young age he was exposed to Chiropractic adjustments by his father who had attended McCoy Chiropractic Institute in Seattle, Washington, but was drafted into the Army during the Korean War before finishing school.
He attended undergraduate school at BYU and then did his Chiropractic studies at the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Illinois. He graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1980 and began his career first in Texas then in Detroit, Michigan where he spent 3 years working for Dr. George Goodheart. Dr. Goodheart was the founder of Applied Kinesiology which is a diagnostic technique using manual muscle testing to evaluate the body.
Through “AK” (Applied Kinesiology), a practitioner can quickly evaluate and integrate many different kinds of natural therapy and apply it to a patient very specifically.
Dr. Branham became certified as a Diplomat of the International College of Applied Kinesiology and has become a master of this technique. In addition to this technique, Dr. Branham has studied and integrated many other healing modalities into his practice including cranio-sacral therapy, trigger-point release techniques, Neuro-Emotional Technique (“NET”), diversified adjusting, and functional medicine which utilizes functional hair, blood, and stool analysis to diagnose the patient. Dr. Branham moved to Utah in 1986 and has been practicing since.
Dr. Rebecca Whittaker D.C.
Originally from Cedar City, UT, Dr. Becca attended Southern Utah University on an academic and music scholarship studying pre-med and minoring in music. During her studies she developed a sever repetitive strain injury in both elbows and wrists, limiting the fine motor skill she would need to be either a doctor or a musician. She had various treatments for 2 years but with very limited results until a local chiropractor examined and adjusted the joints in her arms. “I felt blood flow and nerve flow in my hands for the first time in 2 years!”, she explains. She was able to regain full use of her arms and finish her education, doing an about-face in her plans to be a medical doctor and changing them to be a Doctor of Chiropractic. “There was no question for me in the movements following that first wrist adjustment. I just knew it was what I was supposed to do. It was the only thing that had worked for me and I wanted to share that gift with as many others as I could”.
She met and married Tyler Whittaker during her last year in under graduate school and continued with him to the renowned Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, TX. She graduated Cum Laude with her Doctorate in Chiropractic, gaining basic 100-hour certification in pediatrics, Chiropractic Acupuncture and Applied Kinesiology along the way.

She has always had a love and passion for the sciences and especially the miracle of our bodies. In 1997 Nancy attended a massage school called Sensory Development Institute. Upon graduating, she continued her education by attending CST seminars through The Upledger Institute. During the year of 2000, Nancy found teaching to be another one of her passions. She taught for 5 years as an instructor for the "Introduction to CranioSacral Therapy" course at Nevada School of Massage Therapy in Las Vegas. She continues to help lay a foundation for students by currently teaching in St. George at Zion Massage College, strongly encouraging those who love CST to continue their education with The Upledger Institute.
Nancy is known for her gentle, caring, and intuitive nature, helping clients of all ages feel safe and comfortable in their healing process. She has helped thousands of people with all types of problems over the past 22 years.

Brent Hirschi - Founder, GreenMe Smoothies
At the start of 2014, Brent Hirschi was 41 years old and weighed 175 pounds. That was a lot better than the 205 pounds he weighed a few years earlier, but Brent was still far from reaching his health goals.
By beginning each morning with a green smoothie, Brent has changed his life. He now finds himself craving healthy, nutritious foods (as opposed to the toxic, chemically engineered food his body used to yearn for every day).
At GreenMe Smoothies, Brent and his team pack can pack over a pound of healthy (and yummy) greens into each smoothie, making it quick and easy to get the nutrition your body needs and deserves.
Michael Sudbury LMT, Myofascial Release Expert
Michael has been in pursuit of uncommon wisdom practically since the day he was born. This has led him through many twists and turns, questioning philosophies and excelling in school only to drop out near the end, abandoning career paths. He has a scientific mind but has come to understand that life and love require artistry, not facts, figures, and protocols.
Over ten years ago, Michael happened upon myofascial release and was hooked instantly. Here, finally, was a practice that recognized the wholeness of a person, required the utmost integrity and courage to be a therapist, and led to profound healing for those who dared go deep!
In his pursuit of true therapeutic artistry, Michael has trained extensively with the creator of The John F. Barnes' Myofascial Release Approach®, John Barnes, PT, LMT, NCTMB (a therapist and teacher of the highest caliber) and has been an assistant instructor in his seminars.
When not helping people out of the pains that have frustrated and limited them for years, he is driven just a little bit crazy by three wonderful kids.
