We're Hiring: Two New Positions at Holistic Health Educators & Lilly Fields Center
Hello HHE community!
We are growing, and we need a couple of incredible people to grow with us. Right now, we have two open positions: one position is fully remote and the other is in-person at Lilly Fields in Hawkinsville, GA. If either of these positions speak to you, please follow the directions below.
These roles are open to our students, alumni, and those in our broader community who are intimate with the work of Holistic Health Educators.
Thank you!
Amy Sprouse, CEO Holistic Health Educators
Position One: Social Media Manager + Email Marketing Assistant (Remote)
HHE is looking for a social media manager and email marketing assistant to help us share our mission online and manage our email communications. This is a remote, flexible role for someone who loves the rhythm of consistent content, the strategy behind a good email funnel, and the heart behind holistic health.
What you'll do
- Daily posting across platforms (most content will be provided, but some you'll create)
- Engage with our audience — comments, DMs, and routing people to the right services and departments
- Coordinate content creation with our video editors
- Write and schedule email campaigns plus weekly/bi-weekly newsletters to keep our audience informed of dates, opportunities, and announcements
- Learn the language of our brand and our target audience
- Build and manage email funnels — track opens, clicks, conversions
- Collaborate with our team on scheduling and growth strategies
You're a fit if you
- Can write clearly in a warm, personal voice (we do not want our content to read like AI)
- Are efficient, organized, and self-directed — no hand-holding needed
- Are comfortable with email platforms, schedulers, CRMs, and automated tools
- Have an interest in (or passion for) holistic health and natural medicine
Bonus points for: experience with CRM platforms and email software (or the ability to learn new platforms quickly), familiarity with AI tools, and a background in health, wellness, or coaching.
The details
- Hours: Starting at 15–20 hours/week, with the possibility to move up to full-time
- Pay: Starting at $25/hour
- Structure: Flexible hours (W9 contractor)
- Bonuses: Performance bonuses tied to growth and conversions
How to apply
Send an email to Amy at [email protected] and include:
- A short introduction to yourself
- A paragraph on why this mission matters to you
- Example content — posts, PDFs, accounts you've managed, blogs, email drafts, etc. If you don't have anything to share in this category, we may ask you to generate sample content (like an email announcement about an upcoming retreat, or social media captions) so we can see your voice.
- A resume or CV — or, if you don't have one, a brief written description of your work experience
Please submit your application by June 3rd, 2026.
Position Two: On-Site Holistic Health Practitioner at Lilly Fields Center (Hawkinsville, GA)
Lilly Fields Center in Hawkinsville, GA is looking for an on-site Holistic Health Practitioner to join us in expanding our center's services. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who wants to help grow a holistic healthcare center alongside Karen and Amy.
What you'll do
- Conduct client assessments and consultations, design protocols, provide follow-up, and make referrals to relevant health professionals
- Educate clients in nutrition, lifestyle and behavior change, and root-cause resolution
- Establish referral networks between Lilly Fields and nearby health institutions
- Play an active role in designing and implementing business-building initiatives that increase community engagement and build clientele
Skills we want you to have
Strong candidates bring experience in at least one modality (labs, biofeedback, assessment tools); we can train you in the rest.
- Functional lab testing (OAT, DUTCH, BiomeFX, HTMA, etc.)
- Biofeedback or bioenergetic testing
- Familiarity with holistic healthcare products and evidence-based protocols
- Understanding of anatomy & physiology and the foundations of disease pathology
- Excellent people skills, organization, and follow-through
What we're looking for
- Willingness to relocate to the Hawkinsville area by Fall of 2026
- You thrive in busy, multi-faceted, multi-project settings
- You enjoy growing businesses and playing a hands-on role in your position's success
- You are already trained in holistic health methodologies. Graduate Therapeutic Nutritional Counselors, Holistic Health Coaches who have advanced their education, and those with substantial holistic healthcare experience are strong candidates. We will require enrollment in (and rapid completion of) our Holistic Health Practitioner Certification.
Compensation
Fee-per-service — paid per client session and services offered. For the right candidate, there's also the opportunity to take on a director role with a profit-sharing component of the center's revenue.
How to apply
Step 1: Email Karen at [email protected] to express interest. Tell us about your work, educational background, and experience with holistic health. Include any links to websites or social media pages you have. Ask any questions you have about the position.
Step 2: If your email looks like you may be a good fit, we'll set up a Zoom interview. If not, we'll communicate that with you, too — you won't be left wondering.
