Our favorite Sugar and Fruit Free Green Drink! From Living in Rawality by Karen Urbanek

green green drink greens smoothies


1-2 leaves kale
1 avocado
1-2 leaves collard greens
handful of spinach
2 celery stalks
2-3 tbsp. raw tahini
2-4 tbsp. nutritional yeast
1 tsp. nutmeg (yum!)
1/4-1/2 tsp. turmeric
*blend together
*use water to desired consistency
