Karen (ZuZu) and her Daughter Amy are the co-founders of Holistic Health Educators and Lilly Fields Center. Both are dynamic, science-based educators known for their engaging and motivating educational styles.
Driven by a personal journey of overcoming epilepsy and eliminating pharmaceuticals from her life, Karen became seizure-free and pursued a career as a Holistic Healthcare Practitioner. Her enthusiasm for the human body and life sciences shines through in her work as an accomplished author and speaker.
Amy's passion for health stems from her family's background in running wellness centers, organic grocery stores, and cafés. Graduating in epidemiology with her Masters in Public Health from John Hopkins, she discovered true public health is not taught at a college, but in the home.
Together they established the international education platform, Holistic Health Educators, which shares the expertise of 25+ experienced holistic health experts worldwide.
Now residing in Hawkinsville, Georgia, they have launched Lilly Fields, a hub for holistic wellness. ZuZu's product line, ZuZu’s Energy, features handcrafted organic herbal tinctures, organic food staples, and other products cultivated at Lilly Fields.
Their mission is to inspire and empower others on their path to better health!
