MAY 4-7, 2023 HHE SPRING RETREAT!

The next HHE retreat/reunion is SET!  Join us in Hawkinsville, GA at Lilly Fields Wellness Destination, a 67 acre haven and enjoy four days with fabulous friends and the staff of HHE!  

You can join our HHE Circle community retreat board to coordinate with other attendees about carpooling from the airport. Get ready for four days of education, beautiful views, friends, and GREAT FOOD!

• Thursday 
  • 11:00 am: Welcome
  • 11:30 am - 1:30 pm: Teaching in the kitchen (making AMAZING salad dressings & creating an EPIC salad & potato bar) - Eat lunch.
  • 2:00 pm: Tour of Lilly Fields Grounds: Living Waters Pool, Orchard, Horse Pastures, Permaculture & Green Houses, Pond & Boat House, Meadow & Woods, HHE Studio, Licensed Kitchen & Wellness Center
  • 3:30 - 5:30 pm: Class 1: Anatomy & Physiology of Detox Systems
  • 6:00 pm: Dinner (Ella and Sky's famous jackfruit tacos)
  • 7:30 pm: Story time around fireplace (outdoors), swim/hot tub (optional), non-alcohol drink bar, relaxation time
• Friday 
  • Morning: Open grounds (go for a walk, exercise, yoga class) 
  • 8:00 am: Hydration drink bar opens (water options, golden milk, dandelion tea latte, celery juice, etc.)
  • 10:00 - 11:30 am: Class 2: Modalities of Detoxification (at studio)
  • 11:30 am - 1:30 pm: Teaching in the kitchen (making fantastic smoothies, juices, and superfood puddings) - Eat lunch
  • 2:00 - 3:30 pm: Class 3: How to Identify and Reverse Disease Progression (this is one of Karen's VERY favorite classes)
  • 3:30 - 4:30 pm: Break (Plant in the garden, go fishing, pet horses, use the sauna, pool, hyperbaric oxygen chamber, meditate, roam the property, forage for mushrooms, etc.)
  • 4:30 - 6:00 pm: Somatic Therapy & Emotional Detoxification
  • 6:00 pm: Dinner (lasagna & blueberry walnut salad)
  • 7:30 pm: Sound Therapy Experience
  • Then: Swim, fireplace, relaxation time, popcorn bar
• Saturday 
  • Morning: Open (same options as Friday morning)
  • 10:00 - 11:30 am: Class 4: Detox Protocols for Heavy Metals, Lyme disease, Parasites, Non-beneficial Bacteria, Mold, Inhalants, and others
  • 11:30 am - 1:30 pm: Teaching in the kitchen (healthy noodle options and phenomenal sauces: raw marinara, cashew cheese, soaked nut Alfredo creams, Thai sauces)
  • 2:00 - 3:00 pm: Open Q&A
  • 4:00 pm: Graduation ceremony & Celebration for HHC's & TNC's (all are welcome to attend)
  • 6:00 pm: Dinner - grill out (grilled veggies, ports, etc) & fabulous side dishes (kale salad, sauerkraut, potato salad, etc.)
  • 7:30 pm: "My Story" group exercise & gift exchange
• Sunday 
  • 10:00 am: BREAKFAST BUFFET ( waffles, banana blender pancakes, egg or tofu & potato dishes, berry bar, etc)
  • 12:00 pm: (Optional) Faith-based discussion & gathering (kind of like church, but a different dynamic you will LOVE!)
  • Free time until departure
• What to Bring:
  • Clothes and toiletries for 4+ days

  • Water bottle (BPA free of course)
  • Notepad & paper

Travel is not covered nor provided. The Atlanta airport is the largest airport, feel free to join our circle page and reach out to others to discuss ride sharing.
